Grooving & Parting
Sancotech offers a wide programme of tools for parting and grooving. The grooving tools are designed to obtain high productivity and the parting tools include different types of inserts for multiple applications, depths and dimensions.
The complete grooving range starts at 0,8 mm for o-ring and ring grooves up to 8 mm for heavy parting off applications.
Milling
The general milling programme by Sancotech is meant for all kind of machining and operations of face milling, square shoulder, slot and side milling, chamfering, etc. in a range going from Ø12 to Ø500. This programme has got three different clamping systems for all kind of operations, as well as a big variety of carbide inserts with different grades and radius for all kind of materials.
Programme of standard milling inserts with new generation CVD and PVD coatings. Advanced cutting geometries and chip breakers in order to optimize the milling cutter performance as well as a big variety of grades for the machining of all kind of materials .

Drilling
Drills for indexable inserts from Ø13 to Ø50 with drilling depths of 3 and 4 times the diameter and with two only multi-functional grades for all kind of materials. The short drilling programme goes from 17.5 mm to 55 mm. These drills are appropriate both for lathes and for C.N.C. machining centres. The Maxdrill programme by Sancotech offers a wide range of drills and inserts. Drilling range from 8 mm to 100 mm as standard and no limit dimensions as special.
Every drill body can be assembled with a range of different diameters.
Threading
Wide range of threading tools, with the possibility of choosing between two clamping systems, with screw or with clamp. More than 1200 combinations of profiles and threading pitches in multifunctional grades. Specific programme for the oilfield with all the inserts for the API threads, there is the possibility of manufacturing special threading pitches or shapes.

Turning
After more than 10 years manufacturing cutting tools, Sancotech has developed one of the widest programmes that can be found at present in the market. The customer has the possibility to chose among different tools, chipbreakers and insert grades for any kind of machining.
